Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge and understand that participation in physical activities may involve certain risks and I voluntarily choose to participate in fitness classes and related activities. I am aware of my physical limitations and will exercise within my capabilities. I agree to follow all safety guidelines given by instructors and will inform the instructor immediately if experiencing any discomfort or pain. By booking a class, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the terms. I take full responsibility for my own participation and safety during the classes. I am aware that the cancellation policy is 6 hours prior the class, classes cancelled after that will not be refunded.
